1. Adam let me have my new headphones early. I used my power of persuasion to get my mitts on one of my Christmas Presents early because my other Skull Candy Headphones are knackered. I wouldn't recommend them at all I've only had them a few months. I'm hoping these WeSC ones will be better.
2. This week has been a squiffy one on the journey to healthy living. I've been super active on the treadmill and feel great, but in terms of Weightwatchers I'm not entirely sure I like the new PropPoints plan. If I was a new member I'd have nothing to compare the plan to, and I have had some success with the plan but I cant help but feel that its over complicated, and slightly off the mark in some places. Lots of the women in my meeting have decided to carry on with the old plan and are continuing to lose weight. To calculate the points value of any given food takes a 4 step process of entering the protein, carbs, fat, and fibre into my points calculator or weighing and checking the points values in the pocket guide, which believe me is tricky to do when you're in the middle of the supermarket without looking like a little bit of a fruitloop. I'll probably do a separate post on the new plan if anyone is interested? Let me know and I'll go into more detail, but at the moment I'm not so sure.
3. This week saw me get the last of my Christmas Presents for people. What a palava that was, the White Rose Centre in Leeds was absolute bedlam this weekend. I'm so glad its all done and dusted and I can now get on with a bit of chill time.
