To put it into perspective I was a size 16 at 5 foot 4 inches and I'm now fitting into size 10 clothes. However because I'm constantly feeling like I have to lose weight, I have to watch what I eat, I have to go to the gym, it is becoming a chore and ultimately I think its making me unhappy...
Therefore for the next month I am going to relax a little and enjoy my birthday period. I still plan on attending my Body Combat class twice a week because I actually enjoy that and a little exercise is good for you!
So the next aspect of this blog leads on nicely from this. As I said I have been dieting for over 18 months now and I have tried ALOT of diets. I am therefore going to be writing Honest and Frank reviews about all of the diets and exercise methods I have tried and what I thought about them. I think this will be helpful to a lot of people as it is sometimes difficult to grab the concept of a diet just from reading what they say the diet can do for you. It is much better to have someone who will give you informed tried and tested advice before you go out and try the diet. I wish I had someone who could have told me everything before I had tried the many many diets.
